Subscription Services
1. Free Trial Period
Certain services offered on InfoEngine.ai may come with a free trial period, during which you can explore the service without being charged. Once the free trial period ends, your chosen subscription will automatically begin, and you will be billed according to the subscription plan selected.
Refunds will not be provided for any subscription fees charged after the free trial period unless the subscription is canceled before the trial period ends. To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial.
2. Refunds for Paid Subscriptions
Once a subscription has started and payment has been processed, InfoEngine.ai does not generally offer refunds for subscription fees, including monthly, annual, or any other periodic billing cycle payments.
However, we understand that there may be exceptional cases, and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial payment. We reserve the right to deny a refund if we believe the request does not meet our refund criteria.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@infoengine.ai with your account information and the reason for the refund request. We will evaluate the request and respond within 7 business days.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@infoengine.ai. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the service until that billing period concludes.
No prorated refunds will be issued for cancellations made during the active billing cycle, and you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
One-Time Purchases
For one-time purchases, including digital products like templates, guides, or courses, InfoEngine.ai does not offer refunds. These digital products are deemed "consumed" once they are accessed or downloaded, and as such, all sales of digital products are final.
Please make sure you are satisfied with your purchase before completing the transaction.
Exceptional Circumstances
In the unlikely event that you experience a technical issue with our Platform that prevents you from accessing the services or digital products you purchased, we will work diligently to resolve the problem. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, and you are unable to use the product or service as intended, we may offer a refund at our discretion.
To request a refund under such circumstances, please contact us at support@infoengine.ai with a detailed description of the issue. We will review the situation and respond within 7 business days.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or dispute through your bank or credit card provider, we kindly request that you contact our support team at support@infoengine.ai to resolve the issue directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and you may be permanently barred from accessing InfoEngine.ai services in the future.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Refund Policy on our Platform. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
